Here's a quickie for you as you leave for your Fourth of July weekend. Gizmodo's featuring an experimental work by architect Rintala Eggertson from London's Victoria & Museum's "Architects Build Small Spaces" exhibit. The "bookshelf apartment" holds 6,000 books, but sadly isn't a real apartment. It's too bad -- the smell of so many books in such a small space would be heavenly for a bookworm like me. Is it unpatriotic to beg to be sent to London to check this out on our Independence Day weekend?
