Small kitchen, big improvements
I've been going through all my small-space-related bookmarks for articles and inspiration to share with you. Forgive me if some of these links are on the older side, but their content is still relevant and interesting!
Charles & Hudson featured a kitchen remodel of an American couple living in a 450-square foot apartment Berlin. Even though the kitchen itself is only 36 square feet, the knocked-out wall opens up the space and lets in tons of light, and the streamlined modern fixtures and hardware further create the illusion of more space. Though we all can't knock down a wall when we feel like it (for renovating purposes, or if you've just had a bad day at work), if you're lucky enough to be able to, taking down dividing walls and using colors and textures to delineate different spaces can really maximize your space.
